So when I tell you that someone on r/conspiracy thinks Jim Carrey died and got replaced I want you to understand I read every word. Not even ironically. I sat there like a grad student with a highlighter.
Here’s the thing about Jim Carrey that makes this conspiracy uniquely difficult. The guy has been acting like a replacement clone since approximately 1994. He showed up to an interview once and told a reporter that he realized there is no Jim Carrey. Just said it. On camera. To a person. And walked away. So what exactly is the baseline we’re working off of here? What does “normal Jim Carrey” look like that we’d notice the switch?
I don’t know most celebrity mental states but I know Jim Carrey’s is somewhere between enlightened monk and man who ate a lightning bolt.
Alas, he’s probably fine. Probably.
